Currently looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager on a 12m fixed term contract to lead, support and enhance communication across the business. You will own the internal comms and engagement strategy and plan, facilitate and create campaigns which bring the company’s vision, purpose and values to life, promoting an inclusive and engaged culture.

With a passion for people, culture and engagement, you will work closely with the leadership team, Director of Talent and other key stakeholders to engage their people by creatively communicating the company’s purpose, goals and successes.

You will have strong experience across all areas of internal communications and engagement including leadership communication, channel management, internal events and partnering, able to engage and inspire people. You must also be well versed with tech to support, amongst other things, presentations and live streaming. An excellent relationship builder and powerful influencer, you can multi-task, are adaptable and highly organised and proactive with a positive and results-driven approach.
