We are looking for a highly experienced Internal Communications professional with a proven track record of success in a global organisation. You are a confident and influential communicator who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Experience working in a global organisation, preferably FMCG

Proven experience in transformation and change management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence decisions and push back with senior stakeholders

Strong project management skills
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to support a large-scale transformation project. A typical day might involve:

Developing and delivering engaging internal communications materials (presentations, newsletters, announcements, etc.)

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

Managing communication channels and platforms

Analyzing communication effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed

Providing guidance and support to leaders on communication best practices
