We're on the hunt for a fun, creative, and super engaging Social Media Manager and Content Creator who knows how to make content that fits each platform, shows off our playful vibe, and gets people talking and interacting in a big way.

• 3-5+ years' experience in a Social Media Manager role.
• Hybrid - London area.
• Salary up to £60K.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?You'll be the creative powerhouse behind our social presence-dreaming up, shooting, and editing scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and whatever the next big platform is. As our on-screen star, you'll bring the brand to life with personality and confidence, switching effortlessly from fun, relatable creator-style content to sharp, professional messaging when needed.

You're a born storyteller who knows how to hook an audience, whether you're educating or entertaining. With proven success in building social strategies that actually move the needle, you thrive in fast-moving environments and love staying ahead of trends. You'll cook up viral ideas that show off our brand's unique personality, keep everything aligned with our broader vision, and obsess over the numbers to constantly level up performance. Oh-and building a loyal, engaged community?

That's your jam. You're not just creating content-you're sparking conversations, driving hype, and making sure we show up where it matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, capture, and craft standout social content that grabs attention and drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the next wave of platforms.
• Confident stepping in front of the camera as the face of the brand, effortlessly shifting tone to match the audience-whether it's fun, creator-style content for customers or polished, professional messaging for investors.
• A strong track record of crafting social media strategies that drive real business value and make an impact in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.Manage Ad budgets efficiently.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• 3-5 Years in a Social Media Manager role.
• Fintech experience desirable.
• Proven ability to create engaging platform specific content.
• Brilliant understanding of social media algorithms.
• Video editing skills - CapCut, Premiere Pro.
• Great communication skills.
• Portfolio of social media content.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork.
