I am excited to be working with a fantastic medical organisation in search of an Interim Internal Recruitment Manager. This is an immediate start, full-time (will consider part-time 4-days a week), London based hybrid role for 6-months. As the Internal Recruitment Manager your role will be to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring the organisation has the best people to drive our mission forward.

Your Role:
Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires.
Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Improve and document recruitment processes and support the implementation of an applicant tracking system.
Contribute to broader HR team activities.

About You:
You have significant experience in:
✔ Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
✔ Working with recruitment agencies for specialist roles.
✔ Using recruitment tools, systems, and platforms.

You bring:
✔ Strong writing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
✔ Knowledge of employment laws, data protection, and recruitment best practices.
