Cedar have partnered with a multinational Media business who are looking to hire a change & communications manager to develop & deliver effective change plans and drive engaging communications in support of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop change & communication strategies and plans to support delivery of the Global controllership strategic initiatives
  • Build and develop relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside of Global controllership
  • Develop and deliver tailored change plans as required using a core toolkit as a basis
  • Collaborate with other programs to understand and mitigate the overall impact of change on individuals & teams
  • Help manage a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure understanding, buy in, and mitigate communication risk & issues to ensure a smooth path for project delivery

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within a change communications role
  • Experience of working on change projects within large multinational organisations
  • Experience in operational model changes as well as standard business change and adoption tools
  • Experience of building relationships, managing trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of business change management together with the ability to synthesize facts into an overall picture and identify gaps
  • Strong project management skills
