My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Business Analyst on a Contract basis.
This role will participate in the delivery of the Council's Recovery programme through identification and analysis of opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies and by leading projects included in the programme.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Work across the Council in implementing the key design principals of prevention and reduction of demand through customer/community enabling, automation of processes, improved access to services and information for customers.
- Support operational leads to develop end-to-end process reviews and redesign processes that lead to easier customer journeys.
- Critical to these end-to-end reviews will be to model and promote a "One Council" view, ensuring that dependencies with other functions/processes are recognised.
- Responsible, with services, for the planning, building and delivery of projects to develop solutions and services that deliver the Corporate Plan.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Local government experience is highly desired.
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
- Excellence in end-to-end process reviews and service redesign.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 450+ per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
