As Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of coffee machines and warewashing equipment from multiple manufacturers.
- Diagnosing technical faults, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment is back in service promptly.
- Delivering routine maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
- Liaising with clients on-site, providing technical advice and excellent customer service.
- Accurately documenting work completed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
- Planning and managing your daily workload effectively, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Proven experience working with coffee machines, warewashing equipment, domestic appliances.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills in an engineering environment.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently.
