Multi-Skilled Engineer - London- Temporary(Immediate Start)

Hours of Work:Shift - 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights
Hourly Pay Rate:33.18p/h Via Umbrella
A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Londonarea on a temporary contract working on a largesite.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Booster sets
- Heating systems
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (prefered not essential)
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
