Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Manager to join our team for a significant 3-year data centre fit-out project. This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of the project, managing all aspects of construction, from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the mechanical or electrical aspects of the data centre fit-out project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary safety protocols.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

Skills and Experience Required:
