Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced ElectricialSupervisor to join our Client's growing team. This full-time, permanent role is based across various project sites in central London. You will oversee the planning and execution of electrical temporary works on construction sites, ensuring they meet project requirements and safety standards.
In this role, you will manage a team of 4 MEP engineers and coordinate temporary services across their projects as the Electrical Supervisor. You will be responsible for setting workloads, maintaining schedulesand ensuring work is completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of electrical temporary works on construction sites.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design and implementation of temporary installations align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with on-site teams, contractorsand project managers to address and resolve any issues related to temporary works.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of temporary works activities, including reports and inspection records.
To Be Successful:
- Proven prior experience in a similar position as a supervisor in the construction industry.
- Temporary Services experience is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Minimum requirement: Gold JIB card (Black card is a bonus) / NVQ Level 3.
- 2 years experience in a temporary services field, or 5 years in construction.
