We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to manage electrical operations on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of electricians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installations and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Lead, manage, and train a team of electricians and apprentices on-site.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of electrical teams, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure projects run on schedule.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Monitor project costs and resources to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Experience leading and managing electrical teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working on high-end or large-scale residential/commercial projects is a plus.
