We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 12 months of experience to join a consultancy that offers structured training, a supportive and fun culture, and a stellar reputation within the commercial property sector.

Our client is a well-established property consultancy with multiple offices across the Southeast of England. They specialize in commercial property services, including building surveying & project management, agency, property management, and health and safety.

As part of their team, you will be based in their Mayfair office, working alongside a group of six experienced building surveyors. You will have the chance to get involved in a wide range of building surveying services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Administration & Project Management
  • Dilapidations
  • Pre-acquisition Surveys, Building Surveys, and Schedules of Condition
  • Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
  • Party Wall matters & Expert Witness services

About You

To be considered, you should have an RICS-accredited degree and at least 12 months' experience in consultancy or private practice. Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to interact with clients are essential. You should also be well-organized, efficient, and a collaborative team player.
