Are you a skilled roofing professional with expereince working in Social Housing? We're seeking a dedicated Roofing Supervisor to join a company on their repairs/maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee roofing projects in social housing properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of roofers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough assessments of roofing needs, develop repair plans, and provide expert guidance on materials and techniques.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and housing authorities to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain meticulous records of project progress, materials usage, and budget expenditures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to roofing work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifcations:
- Must have SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- City & Guilds / NVQ - Roofing
- Driving License
