Role and responsibilities

In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will join a successful and close-knit building consultancy team to provide a wide range of professional and project service lines for predominantly commercial clients.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the APC members of the team in their progression, as well as playing a key role in the development of existing and new clients.

Person specification

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a driven individual, who works well in a team setting and has the qualities of a budding leader.

  • Ideally chartered MRICS
  • RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years' in a consultancy setting
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Commercial, industrial, retail experience is advantageous
