Senior Building Surveyor – London
About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading London team, working on high-profile projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong private sector client base and a growing workload, you’ll take on new challenges, gain hands-on experience, and advance your career with ongoing training and development.
You’ll provide professional services in technical due diligence, dilapidations, building pathology, planned maintenance, neighbourly matters, licences to alter, and refurbishment project management. From day one, you’ll have significant client exposure, working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for national and international projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from inception to completion, reporting to a director.

Collaborate with teams across London and nationally.

Conduct technical due diligence, dilapidations, and refurbishment oversight.

Provide expert advice on building pathology and neighbourly matters.

Support business development and maintain strong client relationships with private sector clients.
Candidate Requirements
-
Degree in Building Surveying, MRICS qualified or near qualification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Full, clean driving licence.
