Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team on-site.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers to align on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain safety and quality.
- Mentor and provide technical support to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in electrical supervision within the construction or engineering sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or supervision.
