Summary
Prolific opportunity for a senior building surveyor to join one of the UK's best boutique building consultancy's. You will be second in command for the building surveying team in London, taking the lead on client instructions and projects, mentoring team members and building the building surveying service line.
About the position
Our client is a well-established building consultancy, providing building surveying, cost and project management services through their network of 4 offices. Their expertise was forged within one of the former great consultancies and has set the tone for what they have achieved to date and importantly the culture they have established.
The client base is made up of key landed estates in London, developers, corporate occupiers and trusts.
The building surveying team within London is nimble, working closely with key clients, offering rounded professional advice, and delivering some excellent projects. Typical schemes go up to £2m in value , ca be larger, and are a nice mixture of commercial and residential.
About you
You will have a degree within Building Surveying and have gained your membership with RICS. You will have both project and professional experience, as well as contract administration on projects upwards of £500k.
