In this role you will identify and repair of plumbing faults that arise on a day-to-day basis from our CAFM system (Planon) This includes domestic hot and cold water systems, waste & soil drainage and surface water drainage above and below ground.

You will also be seen as the senior plumber on site. You will be involved in project work, assisting the manager in their duties and also supervising junior staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification and have a proven track record in commercial plumbing. Candidate who have had senior or supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

This is a brilliant role for a plumber with a commercial background to work with a public sector organisation that puts a real emphasis on all their staffs development and happiness .

The role:
*Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30.
*Working within a medium sized estates team.
*Identification and repair of plumbing faults that arise on a day-to-day basis from our CAFM system (Planon) This includes domestic hot and cold water systems, waste & soil drainage and surface water drainage above and below ground.
*Taking a proactive approach to ensure that routines and good working practices are in place and undertaken to ensure that all plumbing and drainage installations on the estate are maintained in good working order and repair.
*Undertaking the installation of new plumbing systems where necessary

The person
*Have experience in a commercial plumbing role
*Candidates will ideally hold the level 3 in plumbing but level 2 would be considered.
*Have had some exposure to supervising other members of the team in an unofficial or official capacity
