Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the structural steel industry and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of structural steelwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  5. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  6. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management within the structural steel industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of structural steelwork and construction processes.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
