Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the structural steel industry and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of structural steelwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management within the structural steel industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural steelwork and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
