An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Site Manager to help deliver a High-End Residential Refurbishment project in the heart of South West London. The project is in Chelsea, and initial works are at £8 million, but may rise with additional works.
It's a great opportunity to join a growing main contractor with a fantastic pipeline of long-term projects for 2025 and 2026.

Site Manager - The RoleThe successful Site Manager will be based on-site in Chelsea. The role will be largely focused on driving the site forward day-to-day with a Project Manager supporting on the admin and programme side. You'll also have a super supportive director and an experienced team to assist you.
Site Manager - The Requirements- The client will only consider Site Managers with demonstrable experience in high-end residential projects, coming from a specialised main contractor focusing on the high-end residential sector. If it's not mentioned on your CV, add it before you apply or mention it in a cover note.
- Proven experience in high-end residential refurbishment projects with £1 million+ budgets.
- Expertise in managing complex refurbishments with high-end finishes.
- Good people management experience.
