Site Manager - West London - School Project - New Build & RefurbishmentA main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build / refurbishment school project in West London. The project is currently ongoing and is due to handover in September 2025.

The successful site manager will be required to oversee sites as a stand alone manager organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.

Main duties will include:

  • Setting out and checking works as required for the project
  • Undertaking daily inductions
  • Maintaining a site diary
  • Undertaking certain environmental monitoring requirements (specific training will be provided)
  • Undertaking weekly checks and completing a task list as outlined by the Project Manager
  • Checking setting out instruments weekly/monthly
  • Resolve setting out queries and raise necessary RFI's in relation to these.
  • General responsibility for site safety
  • Management of section 278 works
