Role Overview:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects. You will work closely with all stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in site management or a similar role, preferably in healthcare construction projects.
- Experience with construction projects, including hospital or healthcare facility construction, is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and healthcare-specific building requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under the supervision of a Senior Site Manager.
- Certifications:
- Health and Safety certification: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid preferred.
