Location: Victoria

Salary: £52,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

We are a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced and highly skilled Working Supervisor with an electrical bias for a prestigious commercial/corporate site in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and a strong understanding of maintenance and compliance processes within a facilities management context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee a dedicated team of 2 engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and delegate reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work closely with the team to understand and implement company procedures and processes effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or Lead role.
  • Strong client-facing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements.
  • Must hold 17th or 18th Edition Electrical and Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commercial building services experience is essential.
