Are you an experienced Architectural Coordinator looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are partnering with a well-established construction company to recruit for a prestigious 120M project in London. You will be involved from the pre-construction phase through to the fit-out.

The Role:

  • Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth information exchange and model integration.
  • Assess design models for conflicts and generate clash detection reports for the Design Manager.
  • Integrate subcontractor design models into the main project model.
  • Provide necessary design information to the project team for effective delivery and installation.
  • Assist in the preparation of handover documents and ensure design verification.
  • Participate in client meetings and manage the approval process for samples and mock-ups.
  • Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines and support the Design Manager as needed.

Criteria:

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction tolerances and processes.
  • Capable of making informed decisions based on risk when developing design proposals.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving design conflicts.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
