The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing a variety of complex projects spanning multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, heritage, government, industrial, and sports & leisure. The Construction Project Manager plays an integral role in ensuring the success of each project and upholding the consultancy's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

• Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of projects with precision and efficiency.
• Engaging actively in projects across different sectors, showcasing adaptability.
• Handling contract administration and managing legal and procedural aspects of construction projects.
• Creating and utilizing project documents and processes for systematic project management.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by consistently meeting and surpassing their expectations.

The Construction Project Manager

• Accreditation by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or actively working towards such accreditation.
• Extensive experience across various construction sectors.
• Qualifications in Project Management, such as Prince 2.
• A proven track record in client-facing roles within a construction consultancy or client organization.
• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, thriving in a dynamic environment.
