About the Role – What You’ll Be DoingMy client is recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join a successful team working on a variety of residential construction projects in and around Marylebone. You will receive training and guidance from experienced senior team members, helping you develop into a fully competent Contracts Manager. These residential projects vary in size, value, and duration, each with an existing team of a Contracts Manager, a Site Manager, and a QS, and could use an additional pair of hands to support the overall management of the projects. This role is a perfect opportunity to develop your skillset on JCT D&B projects while moving towards a full CM role. The successful candidate will be on a fast track to a Contracts Manager role within this growing business, accompanied by a pay rise to match. Conducting yourself well on these live jobs will ensure swift progression up the ranks.
