We are currently representing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join a specialist Project Management consultancy in London. This organisation is known for its forward-thinking approach to project delivery, is seeking an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on a key role in managing high-profile projects in the Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to junior project managers and support staff.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and work proactively to mitigate them.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the property and construction industry. Ideally with Commercial office fitout/refurb experience.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from inception to completion.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • MRICS/MAPM essential.  

Salary & Benefits:
