A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capital & Construction Project Officer to join this growing education establishment. Reporting into the Infrastructure and Development Deputy Director, your role will be critical to ensuring in managing project plans and ensure that they are broken down into manageable tasks as well as recording project risk and develop and implement stakeholder engagement.

You will also be key to arranging project meetings and develop, implement and maintain project plans and systems. You will be key to ensuring the delivery of a first class project as well as ensure that post project evaluations and lessons learned logs are maintained.

The successful candidate will ideally be Prince2 qualified and have a strong understanding of project life cycles and project management tools. You will also have managed capital and construction projects and have experience of identifying work required at each development stage.

The role requirements is 1-2 days a week in the Central London office and the salary is £38,000 to £44,000.
