Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executive stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage large-scale occupier and redevelopment projects, balancing technical requirements with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee contractor and supply chain management, ensuring strong commercial oversight and risk mitigation.
- Navigate regulatory requirements and champion sustainability and innovation in project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Project Director within the banking, financial services, or corporate real estate sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, design, and project management methodologies.
- Significant experience managing contractors, consultants, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to operate at a senior level, demonstrating gravitas, credibility, and exceptional communication skills.
- Track record of delivering high-value, multi-faceted projects with a strategic and solutions-focused approach.
