Our client, a prominent entity in the construction, infrastructure, and fit-out sectors, is expanding their Riyadh operations and is in search of a dedicated professional to oversee their MEP projects.   • Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all MEP installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison for clients on MEP-related matters, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related to MEP systems and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects of MEP projects, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering; an MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
  • Experience: 15–25 years in MEP project management, with a minimum of 5 years in the Gulf region.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of project management software and tools; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional Membership: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers or equivalent professional bodies.
  • Personal Attributes: Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
