We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects while supporting property acquisitions and cost estimations. If you have a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading and coordinating multiple construction teams across various sites, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identifying and assessing potential properties for HMO conversion opportunities.
  • Conducting property viewings and producing detailed inspection reports on conversion potential.
  • Developing capital expenditure proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines.
  • Monitoring and optimising project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and HMO licensing requirements.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Providing regular project status reports and updates to senior management.
What you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction operations management, ideally within the construction or housing sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing foremen and site teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
