An International Construction Project Management practice in London is seeking a skilled Project Manager to take on the role of Director/Head of Project Management.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development and a background in the construction build sector, with prior consultancy or PQS practice experience in the UK.
The position requires overseeing projects and providing both pre and post contract duties, while also working to expand the team's workload in both private and public sectors.
The salary for this associate/director level position is up to £100,000, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as bonuses, private healthcare, and extensive annual leave.
Candidates should have a minimum of several years of relevant experience and strong communication skills, with the potential for career progression to Partner.

The Partners of an International Construction Project Management practice are looking for an exceptional Project Manager capable of assuming the role of Director/Head of Project Management within their modern London offices.

The successful Project Manager will work alongside the Partners in the development of the team as well as looking to increase the current workload of private and public sector projects.

The successful Project Manager will still be expected to oversee projects and provide pre & post contract duties from time to time.

The Director of Project Management

Experience of business development is ideal and previous construction build sector experience is essential.
