Primary Purpose of the Role:

5 years of demonstrable track record of multi-faceted transformation project delivery- ESSENTIALAs the Project Manager, you will oversee the organisation's programme of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality. You will implement and maintain project management frameworks and standards across the organisation, advocating for best practises and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using appropriate tools and methods.2. Ensure effective use of project management tools by all participants.3. Oversee project backlogs and documentation, resolving issues as they arise.4. Manage resources and dependencies across projects to ensure successful delivery.5. Liaise with stakeholders to clarify project aims and objectives.6. Generate reports to track project progress, budgets, risks, and lessons learned.7. Facilitate the project approval process and ensure budgets are allocated and tracked effectively.8. Monitor overall programme progress and hold projects accountable.9. Support the training and development of project managers and team members.10. Promote a culture of project management within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:

- Degree-level education with recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APMG, Agile, etc.).- 5+ years of experience in managing multi-faceted transformation projects.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at an advanced level.

  • Key Skills:

- Strong organisational and project management skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.- Logical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Desirable Experience:

- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.- Experience managing international projects.
