Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering fast-track residential fit-out projects? We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client who is seeking a talented professional to join their team in Barnes for an exciting high-profile project.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of a fast-track residential property fit-out, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Working closely with stakeholders and a skilled project team, you will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the residential fit-out project.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to address challenges and maintain smooth project progress.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reporting to the Head Office in Victoria.
