Project Manager - Social Housing Major Refurbishment Works
Location: North West London
Salary: up to £80,000 (Basic Salary) - Dependant on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Social Housing Planned Works, including external works and External Wall Insulation (EWI). Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Oversight: Planning and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Upholding high-quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
- Project Handover: Overseeing a smooth handover process and providing post-handover support.
- Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Team Leadership: Facilitating clear communication and defining team roles to foster collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled professional with the expertise to lead and deliver complex projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Proven background with a main contractor on similar projects, particularly in Social Housing Planned Works and Major Refurbishments, including EWI and External Works.
- Leadership Skills: Strong capabilities in team leadership and resource management.
- Qualifications:
- CSCS Black Card
- NVQ Level 6: Construction
- SMSTS
- MCIOB (Desirable)
