An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UPVC Operative with a social housing background in North West London on a temp to perm basis.
The position offers a pay rate of £24.00 per hour through an umbrella company only, not CIS.
Candidates should have experience in UPVC and knowledge of other trades, as well as a customer-focused approach.
A basic DBS check is required for this role, which includes completing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
The successful candidate will be provided with a van and a fuel card, but must have a minimum of 6 points on their driving license.

My client is looking for a UPVC Operative who has a social housing background. This role will be paid via an umbrella company ONLY, NOT CIS.

Pay Rate:

24.00 ph (Umbrella Rate)

You will be required to:

Experienced within UPVC and have other trades knowledge
Complete repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
Be customer focused

Qualifications Required:

You will be supplied with:
