Painter and Decorator

Weare looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role is primarily based in East London, with occasional travel to other sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to residential properties.
• Execute wallpapering and other decorative techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Drive the company vehicle to transport tools and materials to various sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
