Construction Safety and CDM Consultant to join a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy. You will be responsiblefor the delivery of professional Health and Safety and CDM consultancy to clients, with minimal supervision.

This is a hybrid role where your time will be split working between project locations, home and the office in London.

Role:

  • Provide effective and efficient CDM and Health and Safety consultancy services with minimal assistance.
  • Deliver effective and efficient construction site health and safety support services.
  • Adviseand assistthe client with their duties under the CDM regulations and other construction related health and safety standards, regulations and legislations.
  • Promote good communication between the client, designers and contractors.
  • To work as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH General and/or relevant design related qualifications.
  • Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable).

Experience

  • Proven track record of CDM/Health and Safety experience
  • Working knowledge of the principals of design risk management.
  • Experience applying the CDM Regulations and delivering an advisory service.
