Health & safety manager required full time position works in and around london for a medium sized construction company who do tempory works . Structural alterations , groundwork ,medium sized RC frames & Basements

The responsibility up to 15 sites , groundworks , medium sized RC frame , basements , temporary works, structural alterations 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage health and safety performance across all jobs

• Coordinate operational practices and procedures.

• Conduct site health & safety inspections and audits and coordinate, if required, any rectifications and monitor close out actions.

• Monitor safety training needs

• Review induction programmes, toolbox talks, and briefings.

• Assist site managers with the review of company and contractors risk assessments and method statements checking for improvements and compliance.

• Prepare legislation updates and advisory memos.

• Investigate and report findings of accidents and incidents to include improvement recommendations.

Working from london, but will have to come to head office in  Bedfordshire Luton  once a week for meeting with Director

must have own car and clean driving licence
