Our client is a specialist reinforced concrete frame contractor based in North London, working on projects across London and the Home Counties within the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

About the role:

Due to the awarding of new projects, our client is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team based in West London. The successful Health and Safety professional will be responsible for covering 2 - 3 projects. As the Health and Safety Manager be responsible for implementing the companies' health and safety policies, preparing method statements, risk assessments, construction phase plans and undertaking site inspections.

Requirements:

  • HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH & IOSH.
  • Must have previous experience with an RC Farame and groundworks contractor (main contractor experience would also be considered)
  • Experience on civil engineering, demolition, piling projects would be an advantage
  • Experience on commercial projects
  • Have a robust knowledge of construction and sub-contracting
  • Confident in using Microsoft office suite (word, excel, power point, teams)
