Senior Building Safety Manager (Interim Role - 3 Months)Location: Hybrid Working based at hubs in London

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Safety Manager for an interim position of approximately three months to provide leadership and expertise. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting stakeholder engagement.

The Role

As the Senior Building Safety Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team dedicated to maintaining building safety standards, with a focus on fire and building safety.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and best practices.
  • Investigate structural issues in high-rise and other identified buildings, working with internal teams and external providers to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Conduct quality checks, site visits, and ensure continuous improvement in safety management practices.
  • Oversee financial reporting, liaise with finance partners, and forecast budget requirements.
