As an Assistant Contracts Manager within my client’s Special Projects & Aftercare Division, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver niche and complex construction projects, as well as tailored aftercare and maintenance services. These projects vary in size, value, and duration, each with an existing team comprising a Contracts Manager, Site Manager, and Quantity Surveyor. Your role will involve supporting the overall management of these projects, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset on JCT Design & Build projects while progressing toward a full Contracts Manager position. The successful individual will be given a fast track up the ranks if they conduct themselves well whilst working on these live jobs.
