Contract Manager

We are looking for a new Contract Manager to join our team in Harlow! Are you an energetic, and success-driven professional looking to elevate your career?

Within this role you will be responsible for looking after one of the most well-known Logistics companies around the world! You will be supporting all aspects of our day-to-day recruitment for our customer, as well as looking out for the welfare of our candidates.

This role is perfect for somebody who doesn't want to sell; who enjoys working in a busy vibrant office, and who enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates alike, delivering and filling roles on a busy Transport and Industrial desk.

As a Contract Manager you will

• Receive a basic salary £26,000 per year
• Work 40 hours per week in our Harlow office, Monday to Friday
• Need to be flexible in working 8 hours per day from as early as 6am
• Rotate an on call mobile for weekend support when required.
• Receive 28 days holiday - Inclusive of Bank Holidays - Increases with service

As a Contract Manager you will be expected to:

• Manage client relationships, understand their recruitment needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
• Build relationships with candidates
• Be a natural communicator and experienced in dealing with clients and candidates alike
• Offer a good quality service to candidates and clients by selecting appropriate roles through good job matching and tight control
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face
• Possess an eagerness and keenness to do a good job
