Contract Manager | Commercial Building Maintenance
Up to 65,000 | City of London | Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm
GH Engage is partnered with leading facilities & building services provider who are seeking an exceptional Technical Contract Manager based in the City of London.
The successful applicant will have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance, ideally within commercial/corporate facilities.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Services Manager/Contract Manager role or similar.
- Experience in the commercial building maintenance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
- Engineering qualifications: mechanical, HVAC, or electrical.
- Compliance; logbooks & RAMS, ISO audits.
- Quoting remedials & extra works.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including;
- Salary up to 65,000.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising every 2 years - capped at 30 days).
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
