We have fantastic opportunities for Cooks/ Kitchen Assistants to work within a residential home in East London, Waltham Forest.
The successful candidates will be working in residential care settings for either elderly people or individuals with learning difficulties. The food cooked based on weekly set menus using a range of different foods, suitable to dietary and cultural needs.
Candidates need to be flexible as there are various shifts are available, these include weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- Food safety certificate
- Previous experience of cooking and serving food in a residential environment
- Experience of assisting with Menu’s
- Experience of cooking for and understanding of a range of dietary requirements
Pay rate:£13.39 p/h
Hours: Rota – minimum 35 hours per week for full time role

The position will be offered to successful candidates and will be subject to a DBS check, interview & references.
