The Square Tavern is a welcoming pub in the heart of Tolmers Square, serving fantastic British food for lunch and dinner in a warming atmosphere and friendly team. You will be cooking a seasonally changing menu, following the specifications to ensure quality dishes every time!
Responsibilities:
- Work under our current Kitchen Manager to ensure flawless service every day
- Follow Specifications of the menu cooking with fantastic produce
- Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen, following our Health & Safety standards
- + General Line Chef Responsibilities
Requirements
- 2+ Years experience as a line cook / chef
- Ability to follow menu specifications and the look of the dishes
- Keeps a calm and collected attitude even in stressful times we will not tolerate aggressive behaviour in our pub.
- A willingness to continue your learning journey with us
- Ability to work with others, working together to get through a service
