Responsibilities:

Work under our current Kitchen Manager to ensure flawless service every day
Follow Specifications of the menu cooking with fantastic produce
Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen, following our Health & Safety standards

Requirements

2+ Years experience as a line cook / chef
Ability to follow menu specifications and the look of the dishes
Keeps a calm and collected attitude even in stressful times we will not tolerate aggressive behaviour in our pub.
A willingness to continue your learning journey with us
Ability to work with others, working together to get through a service
