Harris Hill is delighted to be working with Cook for Good to recruit a Partnerships and New Business Manager – an exciting opportunity to drive commercial growth while making a meaningful social impact.

Cook for Good is a purpose-driven social business that brings businesses and communities together through food. Their unique model tackles food poverty and social isolation while engaging corporate partners in impactful team-building experiences.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role combining account management and new business development. You’ll be responsible for nurturing existing corporate partnerships while proactively identifying and securing new opportunities. You’ll be engaging senior decision-makers and budget holders, selling with purpose, and helping to drive Cook for Good’s ambitious growth plans.

With strong potential for the role to become permanent, this is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business, leveraging networks and lead generation techniques.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Marketing team to raise Cook for Good’s profile in the corporate sector.
  • Line manage the Sales and Events Coordinator, ensuring smooth event operations and strong client relationships.
  • Use a consultative sales approach, engaging senior-level stakeholders in meaningful and impactful partnerships.

About You

  • A commercially minded professional with experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • A proven track record in winning and growing corporate partnerships.
  • Passionate about social impact and excited by the power of food to bring businesses and communities together.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
