My client, a leading London-based asset management firm, has an opportunity for a detail-oriented CASS Reconciliation Manager. This exciting role involves managing a team of 2 and reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of CASS rules 6, 7, and 10 with experience in overseeing daily and monthly reconciliations, CMAR reporting and maintaining the CASS Resolution Pack.

In this role, you'll oversee a team of 2, ensuring daily review and sign-off of CASS 6 & 7 reconciliations across multiple counterparties. You will also handle daily and monthly asset reconciliations, prepare monthly CMAR reporting and maintain the CASS Resolution Pack in line with CASS 10 rules. Additionally, you will assist with internal and external audits, ensure all review and sign-off procedures are completed accurately, and check and sign off the monthly CASS Steering group MI Pack for presentation in monthly meetings. Conducting half-year and annual team appraisals, reviewing performance plans, and leading process improvements, particularly in Money Market deposits and controls, are also key responsibilities.A key part of the role is coaching and motivating the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Experience in team management is beneficial but not essential.

A strong understanding of CASS rules 6, 7, and 10 and experience with CMAR reporting is required, along with knowledge of UK and Irish domiciled entities.
