My client is a highly successful and well-established Wealth Management firm (SJP) based in London, currently seeking a versatile IFA Administrator eager for a new opportunity in Wealth Management. The company offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

In this role, you will provide technical administrative support to a Partner, handling UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) and complex cases involving pensions, investments, IHT, estate planning, and protection. The position is dynamic, covering tasks such as fund switches, preparation for annual reviews, liaising with third-party providers, creating illustrations, managing Letters of Authority (LOAs), handling valuations, and overseeing client relationships, including diary management.
